Nurturing Children, Starting with Character | Hwaway Technology Employee Children's Summer Research Camp Concluded Successfully

On August 23, 2025, the domestically pioneering MBTI-themed research camp – "MBTI Forest Adventure," jointly organized by Hwaway Technology and the Zhuji Municipal Committee of the Communist Youth League, was successfully held at the Klook Farm research base.
On August 23, 2025, the domestically pioneering MBTI-themed research camp – "MBTI Forest Adventure," jointly organized by Hwaway Technology and the Zhuji Municipal Committee of the Communist Youth League, was successfully held at the Klook Farm research base. Through six carefully designed modules, this unique camp combined an immersive forest murder mystery game with professional MBTI personality analysis, offering children a distinctive journey of self-exploration.
At 8:00 in the morning, the children, fully prepared and in high spirits, departed from the main entrance of Hwaway Technology, embarking on a wondrous journey to discover and understand themselves.

A Forest Convention
The event kicked off with a series of engaging games designed by teachers from the Chinese Academy of Sciences. Through these carefully crafted interactive activities, the instructors analyzed each child's personality traits and presented them with a personalized "Trait Manual."
This special manual not only included a personality profile card for each child but also provided professional recommendations for their future development preferences. It aims to assist parents in nurturing their children in alignment with their innate dispositions, helping them avoid unnecessary detours and truly illuminate each child's unique strengths.
Mirror Magic Wall & Sensory Games
Exploring the True Self
During the "Mirror Magic Wall & Sensory Games" session, the children delved into exploring the similarities and differences between "how I see myself" and "who I truly am inside."
This session not only enhanced the children's communication and expression skills but also taught them how to articulate their inner thoughts more accurately, thereby improving their interpersonal abilities. Many children, for the first time, became aware of previously undiscovered aspects of their personalities during this activity.

Role-Play Murder Mystery
Learning Perspective-Taking
During this session, the children enthusiastically raised their hands and participated with great interest. By assuming different family roles, they gained firsthand experience of their parents' situations and feelings.
This immersive experience truly enabled the children to learn perspective-taking, helping them understand the deep affection and care behind their parents' "nagging." The event was filled with laughter and joy, while also planting seeds of understanding and gratitude in the children's hearts.
Decoding the Dark Magic of Emotions
Creating Emotional Mask Art
During the "Decoding the Dark Magic of Emotions" session, the children picked up their paintbrushes and began filling the blank masks with color on this metaphor-rich "emotional mask" creation sheet, building their very own secret gardens.
Through artistic expression, the children transformed their inner whims and fancies into visible artworks, allowing those unspoken little thoughts to gradually take shape amid the strokes and daubs, giving form to the emotions within.

As the children wielded their paintbrushes, what they depicted was not merely layers of pigment but the celestial orbits and undercurrents of their inner cosmos. Here, the masks ceased to be disguises; instead, they became the most honest confessions of the self.

After completing their drawings, the children took turns stepping onto the stage to explain the meaning behind their painted masks. Ultimately, these emotional masks resulted not merely in finished artworks, but in bridges leading to self-empathy. They bore witness to the most precious awakening in the process of growth: true strength begins with embracing the vulnerabilities we dare not name.
Forest Exploration
Secrets in the Jungle
As the culminating activity, the children transformed into members of a forest expedition team, venturing deep into the mysterious "forest" to search for hidden surprises and fulfill a secret pact with the woods.
During this session, the children not only honed their teamwork skills but also learned how to build bridges of communication through language, gaining an understanding of the importance of effective communication in interpersonal relationships.

Harvest and Growth
This event adopted an innovative "Murder Mystery + Research-Based Learning" model, transforming professional MBTI personality theory into a game format that delighted the children. It allowed them to understand themselves through laughter, learn communication through play, and comprehend others through exploration.
The children all expressed that they had a wonderful time during the event, gained deeper self-awareness, and harvested many valuable insights.
Although the "MBTI Forest Adventure" research camp has concluded, the children's journey of self-exploration is just beginning. It is believed that this extraordinary forest adventure will serve as a beacon on their path of growth, illuminating the road ahead.
