1975

The founder, Comrade Jin Zhangxiao, officially entered the spring industry.

1986

Established the 7th workshop of Zhuji Steel Leaf Spring Factory, implemented a workshop contract system, and initiated market-oriented operation.

1990

Successfully developed the first domestic Jialing 70 hydraulic shock absorber spring, transitioning to motorcycle spring production.

1993

The production value of the seventh workshop exceeded 10 million.

1998

Established Zhejiang Jinsheng Spring Co.,Ltd in Zhejiang Province, stepping into corporate development.

1999

Planning to build a new factory in the Chengxi Development Zone (168 Huancheng West Road) to expand production scale.

2000

The first CNC spring coiling machine was put into production, rewriting the history that brake springs had to be imported.

2001

Obtained self-operated import and export rights.

2004

The first oil quenching material processing line was completed and put into operation, reaching the leading level in China.

2006

Established a wholly-owned subsidiary, "Zhuji Yuanheng Trading Co., Ltd.", and launched the ERP system.

2009

Established "Zhejiang Hwaway Spring Co., Ltd.", with an annual output value exceeding 100 million yuan.

2010

Established a production base in Henan and founded a wholly-owned subsidiary, "Henan Hwaway Spring Co., Ltd."

2011

Mr. Jin Lei takes over as the head of the company, promoting strategic transformation.

2013

Jointly established an academician workstation with Zhejiang University to strengthen industry-university-research cooperation.

2014

An internationally leading water quenching material processing line were put into production, invested over 40 million to build a fully automated spring production line, and launched an intelligent "machine replacement" transformation.

2015

Officially launched the IPO.

2016

The company has been changed to "Hwaway Technology Co., Ltd.", establishing a group structure.

2018

Acquired 42 mu of land, and the high-strength lightweight material processing workshop has been completed and put into operation.

2021

Awarded as the third batch of national-level specialized, refined, and new "Little Giant" enterprise.

2023

Becoming one of the first batch of listed companies under the registration system of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange Main Board marks a new stage in the company's capital market-oriented development.

2024

Launched overseas strategic layout.
