Hiring Standards
Look at talent at the grassroots level, morality at the middle level, and vision at the high level. Talent, morality, and vision are the standards for testing grassroots, middle, and high-level personnel, respectively. Talent and vision are easy to understand. What needs to be explained is the morality in the middle. What is morality? That is, character; what is action? That is, personality. First-class people: their character is upright, firm, and courageous, and they treat people like mountains, responding to all changes with constancy; their personality is flexible and adaptable, and they do things like water, responding to constancy with all changes. This is morality.
Talent Concept
Selecting and appointing capable individuals should be based on practical work and value. We adhere to the principle of "five priorities and five greater priorities": We value academic qualifications, but we place greater emphasis on genuine talent and practical ability; we consider professional titles, but we give more weight to the ability to perform duties; we look at work experience, but we prioritize the ability to solve problems; we take into account seniority, but we value more the dedication shown through hard work; we consider moral character, but we give greater importance to a down-to-earth and pragmatic style. Our logic for personnel selection always focuses on "effectiveness": We do not judge by academic qualifications alone, but by practical ability; we do not rely solely on professional titles, but on the ability to perform duties; we do not evaluate based on work experience alone, but on problem-solving capabilities; we do not judge by seniority alone, but by dedication through hard work; we do not merely talk about moral character, but also look at practical achievements. We judge heroes by their achievements and determine positions based on ability, allowing every hard worker to find their place on the platform and realize their value.
