At noon on that day, all the members arrived at the Xinchang Hubaba Nature Science Popularization and Education Base, officially kicking off the three-day and two-night "Second Phase of the 'Dandelion Plan' Talent Project Special Training Camp". Through intense and fulfilling training and exchanges, they took a crucial step in their career.

Military training sharpens one's style

The instructor divided all the students into groups and required each group to jointly create their own team cultural symbols: come up with a resounding and meaningful team name, compose or select a passionate team song, and carefully draw a team flag that showcases the team spirit.

During the subsequent team presentation session, each group took the stage in turn. They shouted their team names, sang the team song together, and waved the team flags they had designed by hand. With high spirits and distinct team characteristics, they demonstrated the vigorous vitality and strong sense of collective honor of the new generation of Hwaway.

On the first day of the camp, strict military training was carried out. Standardized subjects such as individual soldier formation movements, stop-and-go movements, three-step marching and standing still were systematically completed, and military song learning and singing were organized.

On the training ground, the instructors adhere to the highest standards for every formation movement and every detail of the march with a meticulous and rigorous attitude. Promptly correct every non-standard posture of the students to ensure that their movements are uniform and full of vigor. Through repeated practice, forge the students' sense of discipline that follows orders and their rigorous style of pursuing excellence.

This training aims to temper the trainees' discipline of following orders strictly, their indomitable willpower and their efficient and precise execution ability.

In the subsequent ice-breaking session, through fun interactions such as "Name Chain" and "Coach Says", the distance between the trainees was quickly shortened, effectively breaking the sense of strangeness and initially establishing team identity and tacit understanding.

Focusing on enhancing team collaboration and problem-solving skills, a series of challenging quality expansion projects have been carefully arranged, including "Frisbee Carnival", "World Ball", "Retracing the Long March", "Relay Message", "60 Seconds Speed", "Da Vinci Code", "Blindfolded Monster Battle", "5-Minute Challenge", and "Excellence Circle".

Closing ceremony

The closing ceremony kicked off in a solemn and dignified atmosphere, marking the concentrated display and elevation of the achievements of the three-day and two-night special training.

At the beginning of the ceremony, all the trainees and the leaders stood solemnly, jointly welcoming the national flag of the People's Republic of China. As the majestic national anthem was played, the entire audience sang in unison, and the passionate melody resounded throughout the venue.

Immediately after, the students, with the steely will and strict discipline forged during the training, carried out the report drills of each formation. They were dressed in neat training uniforms, full of energy, with resounding steps and precise, uniform movements.

Whether it is the stop-and-turn method, the three-step march, or the overall formation change, the execution of each instruction demonstrates a sense of discipline that follows orders strictly and an energetic team spirit, vividly interpreting the excellent style and execution ability forged by military training.

In her speech, Zhao Ying, the general manager of the Human Resources Center, systematically introduced the development history, core business and corporate culture of Hwaway Technology to the students.
