August 30, 2024 is a milestone day for Hwaway Technology. On this day, the company held a grand system release conference, marking the official launch of the brand-new IATF16949 management system that the company has been working hard to build for eight months.

Since the company first passed the 16949 quality management system certification, it has been making rapid progress. In May 2023, the company successfully listed on the Shenzhen Main Board. Its sales revenue has grown from 529 million yuan in 2020 to 1.243 billion yuan in 2023, achieving a remarkable and rapid development. However, as the company's scale expanded rapidly, the contradiction between the development speed and the management level gradually became prominent. The company's top management keenly perceived this issue and promptly made a major decision to reshape the organizational structure and reform the system, aiming to achieve an organic integration of company management and group management.

Over the past eight months, all departments of the company have worked together with one heart and devoted a great deal of time and energy. From in-depth research on the current situation of the company to meticulously designing a new management system architecture; From repeatedly discussing and revising the procedure documents to meticulously compiling the manual, every step embodies the wisdom and hard work of the team.
