Party Building Leads to Communication, Helping Schools and Enterprises Enhance Friendship_Huawei Technology Co., Ltd. Official Website

2021 is the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China. In order to promote school-enterprise cooperation, integrate party building services, explore new models of party building work, build a new platform for cooperation, and celebrate the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Party, on June 2, Huawei Technology Party Branch and Zhejiang University of Science and Technology organized the “Branch Co-construction” activity to conduct discussions on the joint construction of party building and the joint development of business between the two parties. Xu Chao, vice chairman of Zhuji Science and Technology Association, Zhou Xiaolong, minister of the Society Department, Yu Dongquan, deputy director of the Statistics Bureau, and He Jianping, deputy director of the Development and Reform Bureau, attended the meeting.
At the symposium, the two sides conducted interactions and discussions on issues of common concern such as party building work, branch co-construction models, building a “production-study-research” platform, talent training, and technological innovation. Subsequently, Jin Lei, chairman of Huawei Technology and secretary of the Party Branch, and Yang Guangyu, deputy secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Mechanical and Energy Engineering of Zhejiang University of Science and Technology, signed a “Branch Co-construction Agreement”.
After the meeting, the two sides went to the Zhuji Revolutionary Martyrs Memorial Hall to visit and study together, and received patriotic education and revolutionary tradition education. In the memorial hall, statues, pictures, texts, objects, and touching stories made everyone relive the history and deeply feel the revolutionary spirit of the revolutionary martyrs who were not afraid of sacrifice, not afraid of difficulties, and worked hard.
This activity takes party building as the lead, school-enterprise co-construction as the carrier, and explores a new way of party building work for complementary advantages and common development between enterprises and universities, which is of great significance to both parties in carrying out party building work. In the future, the two sides will give full play to their respective advantages, take party building as the entry point, co-construction and sharing as the foundation, and win-win cooperation as the goal, open up ideas for party building work, innovate the content of party building work, and open a new chapter for party building cooperation between schools and enterprises.
