Job Responsibilities

1. Quality Management System (QMS) Management:

① Plan and develop the quality management system, write system documentation, conduct training, and assist departments in establishing and improving the QMS in alignment with company practices.
② Conduct QMS document training and support departments in building and refining quality processes.
③ Revise and enhance QMS documentation as needed.
④ Assist departments in creating relevant work instructions, management procedures, and record forms.
⑤ Assist departments in monitoring and supervising the implementation of QMS requirements.
⑥ Supervise and verify the implementation effectiveness of the QMS across business units and functional departments.
⑦ Prepare for third-party audits, coordinate audit reception, track results, and ensure timely closure of nonconformities by organizing corrective actions and verification across departments.
⑧ Handle customer access audits, prepare required materials, track the audit process, issue nonconformities, and supervise corrective actions to ensure timely closure.
⑨ Assist quality engineers in customer annual audits, production readiness audits, quality-triggered special audits, and support supplier quality engineers in supplier audits.

2. Quality Management:

① Execute internal audit, process audit, and management review plans as per the QMS schedule.
② Organize and conduct internal and process audits, verify corrective actions for nonconformities.
③ Issue corrective action plans based on audit findings and verify the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
④ Prepare reports for internal audits, process audits, and management reviews.
Collect and summarize annual continuous improvement plans and compile related reports.

3. Other Tasks:
Complete ad hoc assignments and tasks as assigned by leadership.

Job Requirements

1. Diploma or above, with at least 3 years of experience in quality management system work.
2. Familiar with spring manufacturing processes and the properties of metal and powder coating materials.
3. Proficient in methods for material and product quality analysis and testing.
4. Knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 quality management system requirements.
5. Familiar with VDA 6.3 process audits and VDA 6.5 product audits.
6. Skilled in the five core quality tools: FMEA, SPC, MSA, APQP, and PPAP.
7. Strong planning and execution skills, able to handle urgent tasks, with team coordination and communication abilities.
8. Capable of quality control and quality analysis.
