Job Responsibilities

1. Monthly/Weekly Planning: Break down machining tasks to teams according to upstream and downstream requirements; monitor key processes and schedule milestones.
2. Technical Support & Improvement: Resolve mold-related issues during production; participate in on-site mold debugging.
3. Collaboration & Documentation Management: Coordinate with R&D, quality, process, and production departments on mold and fixture processing progress, confirm on-site debugging, and generate debugging or inspection reports; archive and update all relevant drawings and documents.
4. Cost Control & Production Optimization: Control workshop consumption, tool wear, and auxiliary material usage to minimize waste; participate in CNC program preparation to improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
5. Communication & Coordination: Early stage: communicate with clients and upstream/downstream units; later stage: coordinate with production staff to ensure accurate understanding of work tasks.

Job Requirements

1. Diploma or above in Mechanical Design, Material Forming, Mold Design, or related fields.
2. Over 5 years of experience in automotive parts mold design, automotive industry experience preferred.
3. Proficient in at least one CAD software such as UG, CATIA, ProE, or SolidWorks.
4. Familiar with the characteristics and requirements of various automotive parts.
5. Knowledge of material properties, delivery processes, and product sequences for automotive stabilizer bars and springs.
6. Understanding of mechanical properties of metals and basic heat treatment knowledge.
7. Ability to independently complete CNC programming.
8. Capable of training multi-skilled workers and improving workshop staff machining skills.
9. Able to analyze and respond accurately to unexpected situations on the production floor.
