Project Engineer

Job Responsibilities

1. Manage new project development, establish APQP processes for new projects, form project teams, and set project development goals.
2. Oversee project development progress, track milestones, and identify potential project risks.
3. Update project status at each stage, organize project meetings, and follow up on task completion.
4. Manage project stage reviews and deliver review outcomes.
5. Manage project expenses and costs based on RFQ-stage quotations.
6. Complete other tasks assigned by leadership.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or related field, with at least 3 years of experience in automotive parts project management or related roles.
2. Familiarity with ISO/TS16949 quality management system.
3. Proficient in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project); strong English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills are preferred.
4. Strong sense of responsibility, dedication, and professionalism.
