Job Responsibilities

1. Safety Management & Standardized Operations:
Lead warehouse safety standardization, conduct regular employee safety training and emergency drills, supervise operational compliance, and ensure a zero-incident target throughout the year.
Develop and refine warehouse SOPs covering loading/unloading, handling, storage, and transportation; regularly audit execution.
2. Inventory & Accounting Management:
Oversee quality inspection and system entry for raw materials, finished goods, and hardware items to ensure real-time data accuracy.
Organize monthly/quarterly full inventory counts, verify consistency between records and physical stock, control variance within ±0.5%, and monitor slow-moving and obsolete inventory.
Strictly review outbound documents, enforce FIFO principles, and establish processes to prevent mis-shipments.
3. Warehouse Operations Optimization:
Optimize storage layout and stacking methods to improve warehouse utilization; coordinate with production and planning teams to balance shipping schedules and inventory levels.
Supervise third-party warehouse partners, evaluate service KPIs such as inbound/outbound efficiency and loss rates.
4. Cost & Asset Management:
Analyze and optimize logistics operations to achieve annual cost reduction goals.
Maintain asset ledgers for warehouse equipment (forklifts, racks, etc.) and packaging tools, implement maintenance plans, and extend asset lifespan.
5. Team Management & Cross-Department Collaboration:
Conduct warehouse team performance evaluations and skills training; develop multi-skilled operators to handle workload fluctuations.
Collaborate with procurement, production, and finance teams to resolve inventory warnings, accounting discrepancies, and other cross-department issues.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Logistics Management, Industrial Engineering, or related management fields; candidates with relevant experience may be considered with an associate degree.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse and logistics management; experience with OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers may allow consideration with 3 years of experience.
3. Experience in logistics for mass-production automotive parts projects.
4. Familiarity with OEM/customer product packaging standards and shipping requirements.
5. Knowledge of warehouse safety management and relevant regulations.
6. Understanding of warehouse accounting, lean logistics principles, and process improvement.
7. Ability in warehouse layout planning, logistics cost accounting, and warehouse management system use and planning.
8. Capability to design, implement, and manage intelligent/automated warehouse solutions.
