Job Responsibilities

1. Lead the implementation and operational optimization of company digitalization projects to ensure project objectives are achieved.
2. Collaborate with users to analyze and streamline business processes, ensuring technical solutions accurately match business requirements.
3. Develop key user training programs, establish system user qualification assessment frameworks, and organize the preparation of operation manuals.
4. Establish refined system permission standards and continuously improve manual operation guides.
5. Promote system integration and data interoperability, and participate in the management of data standards and data quality control.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
2. Minimum 3 years of IT project implementation or information system experience; experience in digitalization project implementation and operation & maintenance is preferred.
3. Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, C++, C#) with basic code reading, writing, and debugging skills.
4. Familiarity with at least one database (e.g., SQL, Oracle, Microsoft SQL), including data querying, cleaning, and migration.
5. Knowledge of IT project implementation methodologies, business process analysis tools, and system configuration essentials.
6. Strong logical analysis skills with the ability to break down business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
7. Solid IT fundamentals with the ability to independently handle common system operational issues.
8. Good documentation and training skills, capable of producing clear operation manuals and conducting user training.
