Job Responsibilities

1. Technical Support & Project Review: Support the EHS Manager in implementing the EHS system; provide professional EHS guidance for new, expansion, or renovation projects, environmental equipment upgrades, and subsidiary system setups; participate in technical audits of EHS policies and procedures.
2. On-site Inspection & Corrective Actions: Conduct EHS inspections across the company and business units (including safety facilities, environmental equipment, and operational standards); identify hazards, issue corrective notices, track remediation progress, and update inspection records.
3. Hazardous Waste & Compliance Management: Review the full process of hazardous waste generation, storage, inventory, transfer, and disposal to ensure compliance with environmental regulations; manage hazardous waste reporting platforms and submit environmental data as required.
4. Incident & Technical Support: Assist the EHS Manager in investigating work-related injuries and environmental incidents, providing technical analysis support; participate in the design and execution of emergency drills.
5. Gate & Facility Management: Guide security personnel in safety control duties; oversee and inspect the technical status and maintenance of EHS-related equipment and facilities, such as alarms and fire-fighting equipment.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Safety Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields; candidates with relevant EHS experience may be considered even with lower academic qualifications.
2. Minimum 5 years of professional EHS experience in the manufacturing industry.
In-depth knowledge of the “Three Simultaneities” principle and EHS system audits.
Practical experience in hazardous waste management and on-site safety technical audits.
3. Proficient in occupational safety, environmental protection laws, regulations, and technical standards.
4. Strong knowledge of EHS technologies, operational principles of equipment and facilities, and hazardous waste disposal standards.
5. Awareness of advanced industry EHS technologies and their applications.
