Job Responsibilities

1. Manage recruitment for company management positions, including interviewing and follow-up: select candidates through online platforms, campus recruitment, internal competitions, referrals, and labor dispatch based on recruitment plans and departmental needs.
2. Maintain and update recruitment platform information: post and optimize job openings, screen suitable resumes, and develop high-quality recruitment channels.
3. Handle labor dispute negotiations, mediation, and feedback.
4. Assist in employee relations management, including onboarding, offboarding, probation conversion, and position transfers.
5. Perform other tasks assigned by leadership.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resource Management or related field.
2. Minimum 3 years of HR recruitment experience in the manufacturing industry.
3. Familiar with labor laws and regulations regarding wages, social security, and housing fund.
4. Detail-oriented, strong interpersonal and communication skills, team-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
