Job Responsibilities

1. Establish and continuously improve the company’s internal audit systems, processes, and standards to ensure standardized and systematic audit operations.
2. Develop annual audit plans based on corporate strategy and risk assessment; organize and conduct financial, operational, compliance, and special audits.
3. Evaluate the effectiveness of the internal control system, identify key risk areas in operations and management, and propose and follow up on improvement actions.
4.Conduct special audits across key business areas including manufacturing, cost accounting, supply chain management, and quality control (especially for core products such as springs and stabilizer bars) to enhance operational efficiency and cost control.
5. Review the accuracy and reliability of financial statements; ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and listing requirements to mitigate compliance risks.
6. Prepare independent and objective audit reports; present findings to management and the audit committee, and drive corrective actions.
7. Lead the audit team’s daily operations, including team management, professional training, and performance evaluation to improve overall capability and efficiency.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above in regular full-time education, majoring in Audit, Accounting, Financial Management, Economics, or related fields.
2. Over 8 years of experience in auditing or finance-related roles, including more than 3 years of experience in audit department management.
3. Experience in auditing within the manufacturing industry (automotive parts preferred), with familiarity in production processes and cost structures of products such as springs and stabilizer bars is a plus.
4. Familiarity with internal controls, risk management, financial auditing, and regulatory requirements for listed companies.
5. Strong data analysis, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
6. Possession of professional certifications such as CPA, CIA, or CISA is preferred.
7. Strong principles, with good professional ethics and a high sense of confidentiality.
8. Excellent communication, coordination, and team management skills, with the ability to work under significant pressure.
