Material Quality Engineer

Job Responsibilities

1. Handle internal quality issues in the materials factory, including small-diameter wire drawing, large-diameter wire drawing, and induction heat treatment; promptly identify causes and implement corrective actions for on-site quality issues.
2. Collect, track, and resolve quality issues related to raw materials involving suppliers.
3. Supervise adherence to standard operating procedures on-site to prevent quality problems.
4. Analyze and summarize product quality issues and compile reports.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Materials Science, or related fields; candidates with quality management experience may be considered with a diploma.
2. At least 1 year of experience in spring quality management or materials processing management.
3. Familiar with metallic materials and their mechanical properties.
4. Basic knowledge of metallurgy and heat treatment principles.
5. Strong planning and execution skills, able to handle urgent matters and coordinate across teams.
6. Demonstrated organizational and leadership capabilities; able to manage daily departmental operations.
7. Proficient in quality control and analysis.
8. Good interpersonal skills and team awareness.
9. Ability to prepare technical documents and reports.
