Material Technical Engineer

Job Responsibilities

1. Supervise the execution of production processes for large-diameter wire drawing, small-diameter wire drawing, and quenching lines, and improve technical issues encountered during production.
2. Standardize management of process and technical documents related to each procedure in the materials factory; revise or write new technical and process documents as required on the production floor.
3. Coordinate and support customer audits, including on-site audits and preparation/revision of audit documentation.
4. Oversee 5S implementation in the materials factory.
5. Track and summarize process execution and results for new product development in the materials factory.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Metallurgy, Engineering, Materials Science, or related fields; candidates with management experience may be considered with a diploma.
2. At least 1 year of experience in spring quality management or materials processing management.
3. Familiar with metallic materials and their mechanical properties.
4. Solid understanding of metallurgy and basic heat treatment principles.
5. Strong planning and execution skills, capable of handling urgent matters and coordinating across teams.
