System Engineer

Job Responsibilities

1. Establish, maintain, update, and continuously improve the company’s quality management systems (ISO9001, IATF16949, etc.) to ensure compliance with industry standards, customer requirements, and business needs.
2. Organize and conduct internal audits and management reviews; coordinate external audits (customer audits, third-party certification audits); track, rectify, and verify audit findings to ensure effective system operation.
3. Lead the development, revision, and control of system documents (quality manuals, procedure documents, work instructions, etc.), standardize document issuance and archiving processes, ensuring applicability, completeness, and traceability.
4. Identify weak points in system operation based on production practice; drive quality improvement projects (e.g., 8D, PDCA) to resolve system issues and enhance operational efficiency.

Job Requirements

1. Under 40 years old, with 2+ years of experience as a quality system engineer in manufacturing; familiar with ISO9001 and IATF16949, capable of independently building and maintaining quality systems and organizing audits.
2. Proficient in system document preparation; able to independently draft and revise quality manuals and procedure documents; familiar with audit processes and techniques.
3. Internal auditor or registered auditor certification preferred; experience in automotive components or mechanical manufacturing industries is a plus.
