Technical Engineer

Job Responsibilities

1. Collect, compare, and verify existing equipment, tooling, and process parameters in actual production to optimize and improve equipment, tooling, and production processes.
2. Organize fully validated work instructions and process parameters into standardized procedures and distribute them to guide standardized production.
3. Supervise the execution of standard work instructions and address issues reported from actual production.
4. Assist technicians in verifying new processes and new equipment operations during new product development and ensure process standardization.

Job Requirements

1. Proficient in 2D and 3D CAD software.
2. Familiar with mechanical principles; understanding of metallurgical knowledge, including chemical and material properties of commonly used steels in the mechanical industry.
3. Familiar with IATF16949 quality system documentation in the automotive industry and able to apply relevant tools to guide product development.
