Quality Engineer

Job Responsibilities

1. Receive, log, track, and resolve customer complaints.
2. Coordinate with customers on quality standards, inspection requirements, and technical drawings.
3. Handle customer complaints related to the Zhejiang-to-Dongjiang transfer of specific products.
4. Confirm test outlines for new customer projects (DV, ECV), coordinate testing assignments, and submit test reports.
5. Prepare materials for customer audits, accompany audits, and follow up on corrective actions.

Job Requirements

1. Familiar with ISO9001, IATF16949, 8D, 5Why, and QC seven basic tools.
2. Strong communication, coordination, and report-writing skills; capable of driving cross-departmental improvements.
3. Experience in complaint handling and customer audits is preferred.
