Job Responsibilities

1. Handle daily overseas accounting entries and bookkeeping, including voucher preparation and processing.
2. Manage cross-border fund settlement, receipts, and payments.
3. Establish and maintain overseas tax ledgers, related-party transaction records, and transfer pricing documentation; ensure proper filing and retention of tax records.
4. Assist in preparing standalone financial statements for overseas entities and basic financial schedules; reconcile consistency between financial statements and accounting records; support data preparation for consolidated financial reporting.
5. Organize, bind, archive, and maintain financial documents, including vouchers, reports, bank statements, tax records, and contracts.
6. Complete other overseas finance-related tasks assigned by supervisors.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Taxation, or related fields.
2. Solid understanding of basic accounting standards and bookkeeping practices; familiarity with fundamental concepts of IFRS is preferred.
3. Basic knowledge of foreign exchange management, cross-border settlements, and overseas tax compliance.
4. Understanding of basic financial compliance requirements for listed companies; proficient in financial systems and Office software.
5. Detail-oriented with strong sense of responsibility, basic cross-cultural communication skills, and strong execution ability.
