Process Engineer

Job Responsibilities

1. Process Optimization: Collect, compare, and validate equipment tooling and process parameters based on actual production, and continuously optimize and improve equipment, tooling, and manufacturing processes.
2. Standardization of Work Instructions: Consolidate validated process documents and parameters into standardized operating procedures (SOPs) and release them to guide standardized production.
3. Process Execution Supervision: Monitor the implementation of standard work instructions and resolve issues identified during actual production.
4. New Process Validation: Assist technicians in validating new processes and equipment based on new product development requirements, and formalize validated processes.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or related fields; experience in process engineering or the spring industry is preferred.
2. Familiar with product standards, inspection requirements, process workflows, and process documentation.
3. Knowledge of IATF 16949 quality system and company quality documentation.
4. Proficient in the five core quality tools, 8D reports, Why-Why analysis, and fishbone diagrams.
5. Skilled in 2D and 3D CAD software.
6. Able to correctly prepare control plans, work instructions, and rework processes.
7. Capable of independently completing operations for the corresponding production processes.
