Job Responsibilities

1. System Establishment: Develop on-site inspection standards for each team and prepare various inspection checklists.
2. Management Planning: Implement shop floor management planning in line with divisional requirements.
3. Supervision & Inspection: Conduct on-site supervision and inspections, and consolidate inspection scores.
4. Corrective Action Follow-up: Track and drive improvements for issues identified during inspections.
5. Performance Evaluation: Rank teams based on inspection results and submit performance evaluation data.
6. Technical Support: Provide technical support for shop floor management across teams.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above; candidates with lean management experience may be considered with a diploma.
2. Minimum 3 years of production experience and at least 1 year of lean-related experience.
3. Familiar with lean manufacturing concepts or basic Industrial Engineering (IE) knowledge.
4. Proficient in CAD, Word, Excel, and other office software.
