Job Responsibilities

1. Process Optimization & Tooling Management: Collect, compare, and validate process parameters based on actual production to optimize processes and ensure stability; responsible for the design and optimization of product and equipment tooling.
2. Standardization of Work Instructions: Consolidate validated process parameters and work instructions into standardized operating procedures (SOPs) and release them to guide standardized production.
3. Process Execution Supervision: Monitor the implementation of standard work instructions and resolve issues identified during production.
4. New Process Validation: Assist in validating new processes and equipment based on new product development requirements, and formalize validated processes.
5. Critical Process Management: Ensure stable operation of flaw detection (NDT) equipment in the materials workshop; promptly coordinate troubleshooting and repairs; monitor daily operation and performance; develop and research new NDT processes and methods.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or related fields; candidates with experience in spring or automotive parts industries may be considered with a diploma.
2. At least 1 year of experience in materials/process management.
3. Knowledge of material processing and mechanical design principles.
4. Familiar with metallurgical knowledge and properties (chemical and physical) of commonly used steels in the mechanical industry.
5. Understanding of material production processes, requirements, and related equipment.
6. Proficient in 2D and 3D CAD software.
7. Familiar with IATF 16949 quality system and capable of applying relevant tools to support product development.
8. Knowledge of standards and regulations related to material processing, with the ability to apply them in product design and production guidance.
