Job Responsibilities

1. Process Testing & Validation: Track and validate on-site process changes and update work instructions accordingly.
2. Production Documentation: Prepare process instructions, equipment operation guidelines, and related documents; conduct training and supervise implementation.
3. Audit Preparation: Prepare for third-party, customer, CQI-9/12, and other system audits; lead corrective actions for process-related issues.
4. New Product Trial Support: Lead process development for new products and continuously improve process-related issues during development.
5. Post-SOP Process Optimization: Optimize processes for mass production issues such as high scrap rates and long production cycle times.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, or related fields; candidates with team management experience may be considered with a diploma.
2. At least 5 years of process engineering experience; familiar with at least one process such as heat treatment, machining, coating, or assembly.
3. Minimum 3 years of experience in the automotive parts industry.
4. Knowledge of IATF 16949 quality system and company quality documentation.
5. Proficient in the five core quality tools, 8D reports, Why-Why analysis, and fishbone diagrams.
6. Familiar with VDA 6.3/VDA 6.5, CQI-9/12, and related standards.
7. Skills in steel failure analysis or NVH (noise) issue handling for rubber components are preferred.
Strong cross-functional communication and coordination skills.
