Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for maintenance and servicing of electrical systems and automation control systems at Hwaway Technology Plant 1 and the Stabilizer Bar Plant, including PLC programming, debugging, and industrial robot operation.
2. Support and execute equipment repair, preventive maintenance, and overhaul plans (including MES-related tasks).
3. Manage spare parts for equipment electrical systems.
4. Perform daily inspection and maintenance of equipment electrical systems.
5. Drive continuous improvement and sustainability of electrical system maintenance.
6. Assist and support cross-functional tasks within the company.

Job Requirements

1. Diploma or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or related fields preferred.
2. 1–3 years of experience in automation or smart manufacturing equipment; outstanding fresh graduates may be considered with strong technical fundamentals.
3. Experience in the automotive parts industry (3+ years preferred).
4. Familiar with mechanical principles and electrical control systems; basic knowledge of PLC programming and debugging; able to read electrical schematics.
5. Proficient in using common maintenance tools (e.g., multimeter, oscilloscope, torque wrench), with the ability to independently diagnose and repair equipment faults.
6. Strong problem analysis and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to respond quickly to equipment failures.
7. Detail-oriented, responsible, and compliant with company regulations and safety standards.
