Job Responsibilities

1. Develop maintenance and management documentation for stabilizer bar division equipment and automated warehouse systems (including MES).
2. Support and execute equipment repair, preventive maintenance, and overhaul plans (including MES-related tasks).
3. Manage spare parts and equipment inventory.
4. Perform daily inspection and maintenance of automated warehouse systems.
5. Drive continuous improvement and sustainability of equipment maintenance.
6. Assist and support cross-functional tasks within the company.

Job Requirements

1. Diploma or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or related fields preferred.
2. 1–3 years of experience in maintenance of automated logistics equipment, automated warehouses, or smart manufacturing systems; outstanding fresh graduates may be considered with strong technical fundamentals.
3. Experience in the automotive parts industry (3+ years preferred).
4. Knowledge of mechanical principles and electrical control systems; familiar with the structure and working principles of stacker cranes, conveyors, AGVs, and similar logistics equipment (flexible for strong fresh graduates).
5. Proficient in using common maintenance tools (e.g., multimeter, oscilloscope, torque wrench), with the ability to independently diagnose and repair equipment faults.
