CAE Analysis Engineer

Job Responsibilities

1. CAE Analysis for New Projects: Develop CAE analysis plans based on stabilizer bar development requirements, support design optimization, and deliver analysis reports in a timely manner.
2. Clamp Design for New Products: Design and develop clamps for new products, identify potential design defects early, and reduce the risk of failure in later stages.
3. Prototype Tracking: Support assembly process development for new products and continuously improve process-related issues during development.
4. Customer Complaint Improvement: Track and resolve customer complaints, implement permanent corrective actions, and ensure full closure.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, or related fields; candidates with 5 years of experience in the automotive parts industry may be considered with a diploma.
2. At least 2 years of experience in CAE analysis; familiar with stamping, machining, and assembly processes.
3. Knowledge of stabilizer bar structures, chassis suspension systems, mechanics of materials, and fatigue theory.
4. Familiar with stabilizer bar clamp stamping and assembly processes.
5. Knowledge of IATF 16949 quality system and company quality documentation.
6. Familiar with the five core quality tools, 8D reports, Why-Why analysis, and fishbone diagrams.
7. Proficient in CAE and MBD software such as HyperMesh, ANSYS, ABAQUS, nCode/FE-SAFE, and ADAMS.
8. Strong cross-functional communication and coordination skills.
9. Basic documentation and reporting skills.
