Process Engineer

Job Responsibilities

1. Develop standardized process documents for each product.
2. Create standardized work instructions for each process and organize employee training.
3. Assist in resolving issues that arise during production processes.
4. Confirm and improve process optimization workflows; participate in process reviews for new products.
5. Support root cause investigations for customer complaints and assist with customer audits.
6. Measure and draft tooling drawings required for workshop maintenance.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or related fields; experience in process engineering or the spring industry is preferred.
2. Familiar with product standards, inspection requirements, process workflows, and process documentation.
3. Knowledgeable about IATF 16949 quality system and company quality documentation.
4. Proficient in the five quality tools, 8D reports, Why-Why analysis, and fishbone diagrams.
5. Skilled in 2D and 3D CAD software.
6. Able to correctly prepare control plans, work instructions, and rework procedures.
7. Capable of independently completing operations for the corresponding production processes.
