Job Responsibilities

1. Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly work plans for the Production Department based on divisional KPIs, and break down objectives for execution.
2. Oversee production safety and risk management within the department.
3. Promote standardization, digitization, and systemization of large-spring production management, and supervise implementation to improve overall management norms.
4. Establish production process standards and work instructions for large springs, and drive the establishment of a full-process quality control system.
5. Manage production costs effectively.
6. Continuously improve production processes and upgrade production capacity.
7. Responsible for managing the culture and team development within the Production Department.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, Mold Manufacturing, or related fields. Candidates with team management experience in spring manufacturing may be considered with an Associate degree or above.
2. Over 5 years of on-site management experience in spring production.
3. Familiar with product manufacturing processes, production equipment principles, and standard operating procedures.
4. Knowledgeable about production workflows and quality control processes.
5. Familiar with IATF 16949 quality standards and ISO 14000 environmental management system manuals and procedures.
6. Proficient in 5S workplace management and safety management practices.
7. Experienced in using MES systems and familiar with tooling and mold management concepts.
8. Strong leadership, coordination, decision-making abilities, and skills in cost analysis and control.
