Job Responsibilities

1. System Management:

①Participate in contract review for new, complex, advanced, or critical testing projects.
② Organize method validation, new project implementation, uncertainty evaluation, and method deviation verification.
③ Conduct feasibility analysis and technical review for newly added laboratory testing items.
④ Monitor and control overall laboratory quality.

2. Record Management:
Supervise and inspect technical records, including raw data, work logs, equipment checklists, and temperature/humidity records.

3. Outsourced Testing:

① Select, investigate, and manage third-party testing organizations.
② Handle inquiry, confirmation, and review of outsourced testing.
③ Track outsourced test reports, review and issue reports.

4. Testing Operations:

① Track the progress of testing tasks and follow up on schedules.
② Resolve various technical issues arising during daily laboratory testing work.

5. Report Management:
Review all types of testing reports for accuracy and compliance.

6. 5S Management:
Conduct 5S inspections of the laboratory site and supervise corrective actions.

7. Other Tasks:
Complete ad hoc assignments from leadership and maintain good collaboration with other departments.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
2. Professional technical knowledge in quality management and spring manufacturing.
3. Ability to prepare documentation and technical reports.
4. Rich experience in testing and laboratory operations, with strong ability to handle urgent issues and coordinate across teams.
5. Proficient in office software such as WORD, EXCEL, and PPT.
6. Possess organizational and leadership abilities, along with quality control and analysis skills.
7. Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset.
